Do you understand what "transition period" means? The document has to cover the entire period. Oh, and the cover page needs to be checked as "transition period".

TALK filed a 10-Q for the quarter. No transition 10-Q was ever filed.

As the cover page states, it is a 10-Q for the 1st quarter ended November 30th. Not a transition report - see the check box?

TALK has not filed the transition report they claimed they would. And also they did not comply with the regulations necessary to change their fiscal year end, either, which means they may not legally be able to do so. Perhaps that is a reason why they haven't filed anything? They screwed up.
