Scania,

I suggest a full read, however, pay attention to the similarities between the old MCX/CurrentC, and Chase Pay (which I feel confident is the CurrentC app courtesy of a whitelabel wink

http://m.4-traders.com/JPMORGAN-CHASE-CO-4831/news/JPMorgan-Chase-Wakefern-to-Accept-Chase-Pay-23238356/
"From a small, struggling cooperative with eight members – all owners of their own grocery stores -- Wakefern Food Corp. has grown into the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the United States.".

Scania, while I tend to feel you are not as predisposed to believing Chase Pay is going to benefit Neom as I believe it is, please take notice that just as MCX developed a consortium, Chase Pay has been engaging consortiums, as well as individual major brands including those within the MCX consortium wink ).

Also, this ChasePay Demo Video:
http://bankinnovation.net/2016/02/chase-pay-demo-video/

Speaks to time of days apps, integration with reward points, and tokenization. I believe Time of Day apps directly correlate to a REDIRECT. I do not believe Direct 2D codes have this capability, however, I do not recall with certainty.

No doubt someone here will state unconditionally that Direct barcodes allow for Time of Day apps, however, unless they provide a link which specifically demonstrates ToD utilizing the "Direct" method, DO NOT BELIEVE IT! Most here are completely unaware of ToD apps let alone the differences between the Indirect and Direct methods.

For security purposes I feel completely certain that tokenization utilizes a Redirect.

All of the above...JMO.

Best,
BC
