bogblog, slow ur roll. Let me dig up the pr from last year. Its not with Disney, its a company building a adventure park right next to NEWC's land and they need the land that Newc owns because it has a huge water source that is not available anywhere else around this new theme park. But the official pr did mention DISNEY at first and then corrected.
