The new presentation, besides burying the FX trial results behind them as a complete failure on every level except for safety, has two other major changes from the last one:

-Marc Rubin, the Chairman, is no longer listed as part of the management team-he was listed at the top of the team for the September presentation

-Not even a mention of the pending Cancer trial results in Portland, all it has is a mention as a potential expansion of the drug to other areas.

At least they are beginning to admit that the entire future of the company is solely dependent on the outcome of the CX trial, something they say was designed to have an 80% chance of success. Of course that doesn't mean it actually has an 80% chance of success, it just means that if the drug essentially works there is an 80% chance that the trial design will identify the success.
