He just purchased 4 million shares. That says a lot. You need to be able to read between the lines sometimes and not just rely on a press release. He has made statements saying he will not comment on deals until terms are right. He subsequently buys 4 million shares and issued 1 million to Art Sprake. Research him and maybe that will give you a clue as to what's happening.
If your investing is just based on what a company tells you, your strategy might be flawed. As much as we all may seem to love this stock, it is a penny play and you shouldn't ever fall in love with one. DD is your only true source of info, wish I had done just a little bit more before I bought on April 9, 2014 as it has been an expensive lesson for me, one which, hopefully I'm able to climb out of in the coming weeks and months.
I am a little frustrated that we haven't heard much but it may actually be a positive. Some MJ companies have 3-4 press releases a day which is a huge red flag for me. I'll wait until news is released especially with the momentum it has. Some people need to know why it's moving up, my take is, who cares, you're making money. Enjoy and take profits.
