Probably more than the "de-jure" CEO who sits around his house in Santa Barbara cooking up promotional PR to see how much stock they can offload. It's not my problem though, I don't hold this stock long term to feel the effects of them doing this (recall this stock was almost $5 before Abe dumped a bunch of shares back in June of 2015). He caused that drop as well.

It's not like you guys are consulted on comp anyways, he just has his friends on the board give him a huge bonus whenever he wants. He just got a massive bonus which was "justified" because of the Nasdaq up-listing almost two years ago. However, If one loses enough money in this stock they might just offer you a seat on the board as we found out a few weeks ago.
