How is TRON clearly a scam?

As of now, TRACY is working with the SEC, but in no way has the SEC stated anything official.

Hayes's history? This was back 15+ years ago. To my knowledge he has had no criminal history since, and he also appealed his case back in the 90's.

Hayes deals with PATIENTTRACT. Even with the pending merger, this doesn't show TRON is a scam.

Furthermore, TRON is in the hands of Mr. Bosticco, the current CEO. None of the above speaks for CEO Bosticco.
