Agree, if siaf goes below $4 they should consider doing a buy back. But it will just give the share a pump for a while and it will be hard to stop buying later on, since it would indicate that they think that the SP is in its fully value already and if so the SP will fall down again.
So as soon as they have money with a steady income to spend on buy back it's a very smart thing to do.
They need a big loan first of all that takes away this need of money that are in an emergency..
