You can tell by the trading and after-market prints that Chardan and or Dutchess are liquidating their positions. Once they are done, this carnage will be left on the table and the stock gets hits hard - again. This stock is sure not trading on fundamentals!! Just another fraudulent promotion sponsored nu Chardan and or Dutchess to move their own paper and sucker in the public to thinking that the company deserves this valuation.
