There are a lot of undervalued stock in the market. Acpw is an example and we don't know if someone is accumulating shares right now.

I consider ACPW a speculation play considering:

i) shareholders have to vote yes at 16/11 special meeting;

ii) acpw has to acquire a profitable co. and nobody knows the deals terms and timing;

iii) it will be tradable on the OTC market.

I personally think the reward is higher than the risk here considering:

i) we will own a company with liabilities/debts, cash, tax credit and 500mm nols to use (the r/d tax credit is worth the current market cap);

ii) the acquired profitable co. could bring revenues/profit that could erase pps;

iii) insiders own 40% of the shares and their goal is our goal
