This is actually a pretty interesting read in exactly how shell factories are used in reverse merger scams.

The question in my mind is....

who financed the stock promotion and did Frank Woo and/or Rowland Day know the shell was a fraud OR were they duped by Husain and Jaclin...hmm...??
