I don't think you can call it "fake"... I mean a transaction took place at .947, so that IS what the price is. 
It would appear there is a wedge drawn on this chart as well. The future of these warrants is going to be pretty interesting. Considering the underlying SUNW call options are seeing a lot of interest, and these are basically out of the money long call options, I like what's going on here and think we should see a continuance.
