That OS was from last March yes it increased and we all posted why! In the summer the OS was 96 million shares go back a month or more through the DD here. They paid off all debt. There is no convertible debt. That is HUGE. OWCP HAS NO CONVERTIBLE DEBT AND NO TPXIC DEBT it does not get better than that. Let the few willing sellers out before OWCP runs to dollars above! Those shares were already sold in Sept to Oct. read the info!
