It all depends on the price of vanadium, which is currently going through the roof.

Chinese vanadium $4.70!

Movement in the PPS is imminent as Largo is finally making money. It's such an exciting story unfolding at Largo. In my view, vanadium is the new lithium, in regards to industrial flow batteries. It's actually superior to lithium in many ways.

I'm holding strong with my original position at $.12 (never sold). I am currently buying more in the $.30's.
