Li deal dead. This came direct from Jerry himself.

Jerry himself confirmed that all they have with the LI Group is the expired LOI. Nothing else. No LOI, no purchase agreement, no SEC mandated 8-K documenting any business between these two parties (RMHB and Mrs. Li group).

So is Jerry lying about the original Li LOI or is he lying about there being nothing further between these two parties on the expired LOI deal?

Or, is he telling the truth on both issues? If you do not want to believe Jerry, who will you believe? How about the SEC? Or is the SEC involved in a cover up too?
