I am afraid you are wrong again. Maciora has nothing to do with the money MYEC owes to TCA, the $588,000 judgement against MYEC in favor of TCA, and the fact TCA is pursuing putting the company into receivership in order to collect on the judgement.

Ken's name should not be brought up at all regarding this topic because he has nothing to do with it.
