Li deal. Jerry confirmed it's over. He confirmed that there is no new LOI/amended LOI or purchase offer submitted.

He stated all they have is the expired LOI, that's it.

Plus, there is no 8-K as mandated by the SEC to record a new material event like another LOI or purchase offer.

If you don't believe Jerry when he said there is no deal, then why did you believe him when he announced the initial LOI? You can't pick and chose to believe the source only when you want to.
