It was a well written email about how he is interested in building long term value not releasing pumpy MJ news (even though they could), and verifying that there is no dilution, even though we all now that since per the TA the share structure hasn't changed for 12 months.

Here is his linkden profile, most penny stock investors have seen many scams, very rarely do they have this many connections and recommendations. Check the people that gave him recommendations, all very real people running very real companies. Try and find a penny stock scam where the CEO has a profile like this one, you won't be able too.
