As usual, you're right. But let's say in some parallel universe, someone did a $100,000 PP. That is 24 million shares. So there is a chance that making that public via the TA could suggest a PP that could get us close to drilling, and affect the share price. Or, if there have been no PPs at all, it could discourage someone from doing a PP. I think that actually happened in the case of one person on the other board after the PP amount was disclosed.

Oh and in this other universe, I am dating three Sports Illustrated swimsuit models and, despite my chivalrous behavior, they cannot keep their hands off me.
