UBQU did somewhat of a reverse merger with Blue Crush Marketing Group back in mid-2013. The CEO of Blue Crush Marketing Group is also the same CEO now of hemp life today... they are extremely talented marketers and entered into the hemp business back in mid 2014 by acquiring hemplife today as one of their divisions.

At the time, there was a different CEO of hemp life today and as of the new Corporation formation a little over a month ago and announcement of a complete company name change to hemplife today, the new CEO is James Ballas.

Summary: Basically they merged into UBQU as Blue Crush Marketing Group, utilized Blue Crush Marketing Group as the main profit vehicle for the company, then entered into the hemp business and have been successfully creating the majority of the revenues through, and focusing the majority of their efforts on, hemp life today.

As hemp life today has expanded and become the main profit model over the last couple years, it only made sense to refocus the whole company towards the division that has been driving the most profits. Hence why there is a pending name change and ticker change to hemp life today.
