It is the same as it has always been. Once the line was we can't do anything about ERHC because Offor controlled the company. That was never true then and certainly isn't true now.

Now it appears the vast majority must still believe they are doing a great job or, logically, they would step in and make changes.

That has been my argument for years. If there isn't outright support for management, there is certainly tacit support that involves doing nothing and watching this company wither. Some things never change.
