Well said as usual XzX.

If I may add that by de-registering the stock, management has no obligation to reveal any company stock buyback....if one were to be implemented at these depressed prices ;)

Roche and the rest of his heavyweight buddies on the BOD of this little soon to be Pinksheet play didn't generate immense personal wealth and rise to the top of major corporations due to lack of strategic thinking.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to invest my money along side theirs at a similar average cost....and I did yet again this past week ;)
