Have you seen any PR that would indicate that DNA Brands have sold anything?

Which two CEOs do you mean? We have seen no mention of Costly since about April if that is who you mean.

No one here has any basis to know what "equivalent" might have been offered instead of actual cash.

Obviously, Adrian would not have raised the A/S to 25 billion shares if he did not intend to use the additional headspace by issuing new stock. He has to acquire funding somehow.

I have not seen any indication that there is any company in any rush to purchase any of DNA Brands' assets. So, there isn't anything for anyone to report to the SEC, is there? If there is nothing to report, there is no reason for the SEC to be concerned about the lack of reporting.
