So, within 30 days from the agreement (9/21), TALK would have to fork over $152K? Is this agreement not a material event? Has TALK completely give up filing required SEC documents? Just because their subsidiary UMS is in bankruptcy does not exempt TALK from obeying SEC rules. Does it?

And what if TALK does not fork over the $152K - which should have happened by yesterday? Maybe another 8-K to announce it paid?

Something ain't right here.
