Your comment doesn't make any sense. Everyone crowed that the news of leasing was even better than selling because of the immediate cash flow and PGUS got to keep recording the land as an asset. Yet the stock still sold off hard.

Armchair quarterback? I called the price movement three weeks ago. Maybe I have a crystal ball?
