TECO 2016 3rd quarter SEC filings due in 3 weeks... These soon to be late filings will make TECO 12 quarters delinquent, 3 years worth.
Treaty Energy will soon be 12 quarters delinquent with SEC filings...
2013 10-K, 2014 10-Q1, 10-Q2 , 10-Q3, 10-Q4 and 2015 10-Q1, 10-Q2, 10-Q3, 2015 10-K 2016 10-Q1, 10-Q2 and 10-Q3.
The last 8, 2 years since being suspended by the SEC for failure to file.
The last 10 while Chris Tesarski was supposedly put "in charge". What he was in charge of was keeping the pitchforks and torches at bay. Tesarski was full of lies that smelled like shit same as the rest of the Treaty gang of cons.
And the Last 12 after Treat's gang of cons found out the SEC was investigating them for securities fraud.
After 3 years of lies it very obvious that they never intended to file anything with the SEC.
