As was pointed out many times, NTI holds the patents.

Although I think NTI has a good product, their patents do not preclude other ( non-iso ) NIPU competitors. NIPUs have been around for over 50 years and many patents are long expired. There are at least five other processes in addition to NTI's for making NIPU.

Even NTI's patents are aging, and HCTI has overpaid for licensing since day one ... but this was the plan, to maximize dollars in NTI's pockets. NTI and HCTI have common management, which is not in the interest of HCTI shareholders.

The option to give NTI a 77% stake in HCTI is a final insult to shareholders.
