Does anyone has any details on 400k funding from southridge/tarpon?

Did talk ever get it?

When?

What is it?

Hiw many notes?

Convertible debt instrument or commitment fees for equity line that never happened?

Seems like a rather large funding tranch for me. Not common for toxic lenders. Too much and too risky. Usually comes with reserve thru ta- not in this case?
