GNID was not and never was expecting the CMPO to be by 10/31, seriously incorrect information. Please go back and read the deal with Wellington. Phase one was to rid the toxics and get the coffers green. As we can see from the past few weeks the toxics are gone. Expecting the next 10 weeks though year end to be explosive. Back as things transpire.
