I am not sure if you have seen but more than 74000 people are shorting this stock. They all think it is going to decrease. These people are investors who have made money on the rise of the stock and now will make money on the decline of the stock, they are very knowledgable and would not take the risk of shorting the stock unless they were absolutely sure it was going to drop. Second I think everyone would love to see this stock do well; however, other than the emotion leading to the vote on Nov 8 what financial evidence is there to support this stock? All reports show massive losses and little assets.

I do think the majority support the legalization of this product but there is no bill even being considered in congress to legalize this product. So even if it passes in California there is no guarantee it will be legalized nationally or that the stock will increase in value.

Finally, I understand people have their own opinions on this issue. I just wanted all information to be considered so people may make an informed decision.
