Fizz wasn't good enough as is and hence the reformulation. There is also another PR or Vernon email which states having to change the formula in order to keep up with trends..

1. CEO disappeared months ago
2. Website down
3. Office no longer exists
4. No filings
5. No products
6. Avanzar was bankrupted
7. Lenders don't want to loan more money because company can't pay existing loans.
8. And we could go on and on to 100
