I don't think HTBX has toxic warrant holders. For instance, KHARITONOV MICHAEL holds 975K shares, with 675K warrants. This Michael is already wealthy because he sold a tech company. Then he was on HTBX board. When htbx had problems in Feb, they had to lay off people, including reducing the size of BOD. That's when Michael bought 900k shares with 675K warrants.

Wolf holds 10%
Edward Smith, another director, holds 10%
Nick Khera's fund holds another 10%

These three peoples' position don't dilute even during the offerings.

Franklin resources inc holds another 1.3M shares. The positions of the remaining tutes is less than some of the retail investors I know.

They have been moving around ask walls. So, this tells us to hold down the price for a while.
