Yes, thats correct and is true with all shelf offerings. I am just not familiar with the resale of existing warrants. It sounds like the company is organizing the sale for the warrant holders. The money that the company will receive from this is whatever the warrants strike price is, 0.75 I believe in this case, and not what the warrant is sold for. And it sounds like they intend on possibly multiple offerings at higher prices. Ive just never seen this done. Not saying its unusual, im just not familiar with it.
