Saudis will continue to produce as much as they can, The problem is that their production levels have been dropping for years. So is that a production cut??? Technically yes. BUT!!! If st move was to remove themselves as OPEC swing producers, next was to try to break the US producers. Next move is to "cut" production then offer aramco on public market.
