Say what you want but when an expert says you have to have your ducks in a row to get a permit and it can take 220 days and we have one that is progress, the bond investors wouldn't put millions of dollars into this without doing DD and the bonds have already hit official sec documents in our filings,

the money is there, the plan is there, the permit is there.
