Sister Pearl has considerable global business and technical exposures and experiences both in the corporate and business mining levels. She has traveled around the world, joined as one of the 10 member delegates for People To People – Peace Program in the Middle East in 1999. She visited South Africa, South America and various third world countries. She developed the passion to aid humanity and the 21st Century Children of this planet earth, by creating the ORO (Operation Reach Out) Foundation that is a Non-profit, Non-governmental, Humanitarian Corporation Sole. This is the Poverty Alleviation Programs of Pearl Asian Mining Industries and the Pearl Asian Missionaries In Action.

It is also her vision to make Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. as the “Model” to all mining companies in the Philippines. Pearl Asian will be the “Pioneer” to make use and leverage the involvement of the communities, the local and international NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organization). Sister Pearl is determined to participate in the development of the Philippines Mining Industries and to become as a One Team to help sustain the economic stability, community involvement and environmental protections of the Republic of the Philippines. Since 2003, Sister Pearl has taken a "mom and pop" mining operation in the Philippines to a fast growing multi-national gold mining company.
