IF publicly stated they are in business with HCTI...when we tried to get confirmation from PPG, we were either ignored or I believe one long called PPG for confirmation and was told something along the lines of, "That is their (HCTI's) PR and we have no comment."

So far, PPG has not proudly owned up to this deal in the slightest.

We are only under the assumption that it's legit, because so far HCTI has not been sued for falsely tying themselves to PPG.

"Never underestimate desperate people. You never know how far they will go to get what they want."
