gjh... thanks ... to me the issue or focus should be how to make b2gp1 more effective so as to expand the range... from that article as well as others i've read, b2gp1 is still a mystery and could act as part of the signaling/communication process. radiation apparently improves the linking... and dosing based on patients b2gp1 levels might be an option.... as well as many other possibilities... the PK really needs some fine tuning.... if one can expand the range of which bavi works, it will improve its value.

all this will take time/money and patient access. this is a bp problem to solve where they have the resources.... pphm has none of that. i noticed on the asm meeting reports SK still thinks bavi is a potential homerun... very well could be for him... he is in no rush because he can print shares and get more cheap options without suffering any pain.... i would argue if he truly believes bavi is a homerun, it is in his best interest to get as many cheap shares as possible... and this is what they have been doing...

a serious effort needs to take place to expand/remove the board and get bavi into more capable hands... bfiest has made an attempt to get shareholders united and i would encourage others to help him... the bod's primary focus has been to entrench themselves with no oversight...

with all the potential of the IP and avid, the company has less than zero value for the IP... all this could be solved "overnight" with the right mgmt team (or at least put shareholder interest's above their own)

the current derivative shareholder suit is alive and hopefully expanding.. i have been on conference calls with other shareholders with the attorneys this past summer... this is not an ambulance chase and part of the suit is about how they grant options..

there is no reason we should be trading where the ip has negative value... all the talk of "partner interest", homerun and now the "goal is to get the share price above $1 is BS. the management team has serious problems including experience/expertise and oversight which they have been fighting shareholders for years...

i was forwarded an email by a shareholder which summarizes a long conversation with ES back in april... the gist of the email was they never had any intention of partnering and the plan was to "go it alone" despite pleas from several shareholders to spread the risk... yet pretty much every cc over the last several years the "partner interest carrot" was dangled in front of shareholder noses...

enough is enough... homerun? how about a base hit? they have yet to do that.
