Per the last Quarterly Filing (Q2):

477,003,455 unrestricted shares were issued in the period for debt conversion.

and...
Current portion of notes payable: $1,890,655



While the Q1 filing showed even less... :

Current portion of notes payable 1,863,895



So what was paid with those almost 500M shares?

Something to think about,imo.
