Somebody may sell the shares to himself or an "acquaintance" inorder to drive the price down and create some fear and liquidity, and scoop more shares.
It's price manipulation. Not sure if it's forbidden or not.
I don't see any other explanation, nobody even halfwit is going to sell in the present context.
The pps does go down but volume was only 1 thousanth of total shares.
99.9% of shares staid put today.
