FTPM**First Forum Agreement

I think there is something very powerful and positive going on here with FTPM that is being ignored. What I am trying to do, with the help from all here within the forum, is to create a ”potential” fundamental valuation for FTPM by figuring out each variable to the formula that’s used to derive the Fundamental Valuation based on those key variables that are known to exist with FTPM.

There are a few ways to assess a Fundamental Valuation for FTPM or any stock within the market. For the purpose of these series of upcoming posts, I have chosen to use the Earnings Per Share (EPS) model.

I think it first needs to be made clear that FTPM is in its infant stages of filings and beginning its operational expansion/growth. This means that the EPS that is derived is actually a ”potential” EPS based on what those of us who are pro FTPM believes that it at least has a chance of achieving. Even though it becomes a reality when such dollar amounts hit their filings, getting in early on what is believed to be a sound investment comes with accepting some risks that the goals of growth will be achieved. Nobody wants to buy a stock that has already maximized its maturity.

Once an EPS is derived, then the EPS must be multiplied by a Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio of which we will talk more about later in some upcoming posts.

So, to get everyone here on the same page… through general consensus… would we all agree that the formula below is what is used to derive a Fundamental Valuation for a stock?

Quote:

Revenues – Net Expenses = Net Income

Net Income ÷ Outstanding Shares (OS) = EPS

EPS X P/E Ratio = Fundamental Valuation (of Share Price)
