I believe your target for 1.00 is very conservative. MCIG ran from .10 to .90 in 2014 just on Colorado. I think seeing .20-.25 pre-election is possible, and with the amount of states legalizing there's no telling how high she'll go this time around. California ALONE will send most stocks to new highs, and every other other state that legalize will just be added more gas to the fire.
