CVSI traded $1.26 million dollars today. 2 million shares traded around 63 cents. The stock traded 5 times $275k in just one day.

November 25th would 6 months and it is only $275,000. It is weeks after the November 8th elections. They can also pay it back for cash like they did all their notes in February.

May 25th Note date...(6) months from the issuance of the Note, Investor may redeem a portion of the Note in monthly amounts not to exceed $275,000
