I have already sent an email to CW, and I am not holding my breath waiting for the reply....

The more I read the 8K and attachments, the stronger feeling I get that there is an expectation on both the parts of these investors and Sigma that in a fairly short time there will be sales, revenues and hopefully profits. The terms of the agreement do not appear to be overly onerous to Sigma, as they would be if Sigma were to be in a very precarious position...given he cash burn, it would appear that the expectation of good news in the near future is working strongly in Sigma's favor.
