Here is what I am wondering.

If any trades, since the name of the stock was changed, are trades of shares that simply do not exist, why is the stock trading at all?

Why was the stock not halted right then and there.

Is Rufus hoping something else bad will happen to MM/brokers?

Is that why he said to get the certs?
