People... Forget about BMY!!!!! These products are not the same !!! It is like saying an inhaler for asthma did well and got FDA approved so another very similar inhaler will get FDA approved. Just not the case. Too many factors... The FDA will not be biased towards CVM b/c of a BMY outcome. Makes no sense. The stock would have tanked even more if insiders knew CVM was truly screwed. FDA will likely take some more time and will not be biased. They are very smart and really know how to analyze data, They will give them good advise if the design is flawed or redirect them. There could be negative b4 positive news from the FDA. Regarding the arbitration, my gut and only my gut suggests the news will be positive and we will likely get some insight on this soon.. real soon!!! Friday, Monday only Geert and his colleagues know this. My gut again tells me something slightly b4 the FDA 1 month letter. If you have money to burn and the gut for it then BUY BUY BUY !!!!
