There's nothing to suggest that. And if Kallo isn't going to be the supply company then that defeats the whole purpose of what Kallo Inc. is and is suppose to be doing. They have nothing to offer in the realms of healthcare if they're not supplying and overseeing logistics. The whole premise behind their vision is that THEY are the ones "delivering" healthcare...

So technically, evidence at hand suggests that Kallo Inc. is crumbling hard, and their little visit to the high commissioner was an act of desperation.
