From what I saw...the settlement arrives tomorrow or on Oct 30th the courts can impose a penalty that will be 3 times greater. The initial settlement will cover the expense of purchase for all those charging stations throughout Chicago. If that triples due to a denial of payment now...JNSH will be sitting in a very nice place. They could move on to St. Louis easily, Kansa City and I would think start making inroads in the East, New York? Philadelphia? Boston?

Yes, I see this realistically...Even if the "penalty" does not have to be imposed. They are running in the black!
