Yes there was a pump. Why else would there be any interest in VELA which has been totally dark for 2 1/2 years?

Tobin Smith's pump was also social media driven but at least CHTL and VELA were filing at the time so it had some legitimacy. This little pump has none - no basis in reality. VELA's last 10Q has a lot to say about nothing and left the question of CMM open.

Sorry - but it is what it is.
