I didn't miss anything. Allegedly "lying" about the "value of their investments" has nothing to do with the lending relationship between IMSCQ, which is now in bankruptcy, and Platinum, a company your CEO highly praised several times.

My question about where this typical pink idea that "hey they lied, this means our debt is going to vanish" has a single precedent in American legal history remains unanswered.

My question about what was fraudulent about the IMSC loans, is still unanswered. And no, "lying about their value" to others has no impact on the loan to IMSC.

Pinks are full of fantasies. When fantasy becomes reality, a $1.20 stock becomes a 12 cent stock!
